To the Hills

New riders and old friends joined this week. It was overcast at dawn but it cleared up and a fine dry run all day for a change.

Out thru a couple of new roads and headed South to the hills. Found a new place for breakfast and were serenaded by a fine chap trying to collect donations

from passing motorists. Moving on we found our Bamboo Palace as it has become known and enjoyed the fresh air and refreshments.

Dave’s new deuce had a tail light that refused to stay on the bike until some tape was skillfully applied by yours truly. We stayed for a hour or so then headed down and back into Jakarta by 4.00PM.

 

Great to see Jack and Dave back on a ride again. Clear riding almost all day with traffic light especially coming home. Back roads thru Ciputat also helped and another great days ride.
