Five of us set out but Chris only made it 200 meters and then pulled out as his clutch was slipping and we were planning a hills ride. Hans, Grant Brett and myself carried on to the hills for a coffee. Fast ride with only four bikes and we returned to Jakarta reasonably early for a quite day.

I told you the goat track was not THAT bad and in fact we only stopped to let goats cross once and that was back on the black stuff  just up the road.
